Southwest Dispatch Center Chooses Sonny Moyers & Ebby Halliday, Realtors

Dallas - Southwest Dispatch Center, L.P. of Richardson recently signed an Exclusive Tenant Representation agreement with Sonny Moyers of Ebby Halliday, Realtors. The company provides central station services to Dealers in alarm services.

The company is currently located on Arapaho Road in Richardson and is looking to expand its office space by almost 50%. The search for new office space will include Richardson, Plano, and the Northern part of Dallas.

Chip Bird is the President of Southwest Dispatch Center. "Our commitment to our dealers is to not only provide the very best central station services, but to provide services that make our clients profitable. Having been with an installing company using an offsite monitoring facility, I felt there was a need in this industry to have a central station that allowed dealers the ability to have the central station done their way. Southwest Dispatch Center was founded in 1989 with the philosophy that the central station works for the dealer."

"Southwest Dispatch needs more space, more power, more availability to technology, and a great Landlord," says Moyers. "We intend to look diligently for space with a long-term lease of at least five-years, and possibly seven."

Ty Davis of Southwest Dispatch interviewed Sonny after discussions with the current landlord. "I felt we needed someone who could represent us that had a solid knowledge of the market, our options, and new ideas. Sonny impressed us with his knowledge and experience. We already feel better that Sonny is talking to people about our needs. He has the time and the motivation to make things happen," says Ty.
